Hello! I’m Rylee Simpson.
I am a motivated culinary professional driven by the power of food to create connection. Cooking has always been central to who I am, rooted in early experiences sharing meals with family and friends. Although I did not initially envision a career in the kitchen, my passion developed naturally through cooking for others and was solidified during my first job in food service as a teenager.
Through years of hands-on experience in respected kitchens—including Flame and Smith, Chien Noir, The River Mill, and Stella’s Eatery—I have worked long hours alongside talented teams and refined both my skills and perspective. These experiences have shaped my understanding of cooking not just as a craft, but as a means of bringing people together. At this stage in my career, my goal is to share that sense of connection through food.
